Earring Promotion Terms
1. Customers spending £20,000 or more on qualifying full-price goods in a single transaction are eligible for one complimentary pair of the designated promotional diamond earrings.
2. “Full price” means Trilogy Jewellers’ advertised selling price before any sale reduction, negotiated discount or promotional discount. It does not mean the manufacturer’s recommended retail price.
3. The promotion is available online and in store. Delivery charges do not count towards the qualifying spend.
4. Purchases receiving a negotiated discount, sale reduction, discount code or another promotional offer are excluded, even where the amount paid remains £20,000 or more. This includes purchases using the £250 welcome offer.
5. The earrings’ specification and available options will be shown in the offer details or provided in store before the purchase is agreed.
6. For online purchases, customers should select their earrings in the basket before checkout. For in-store purchases, the sales adviser will record the selection. If the earrings are accidentally omitted from an otherwise qualifying purchase, please contact us so we can arrange fulfilment.
7. No cash alternative is available.
8. These specific terms take precedence over any inconsistent general promotional terms for this offer. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
