It’s where we built our early reputation as London’s “secret weapon” in the luxury watch world and where collectors & watch enthusiasts come to discover rare Patek Philippe and Rolex pieces at the right price.
But you might have noticed a change on our website & Google listing recently: we’ve temporarily moved to Level 4, County House, 14 Hatton Garden. It’s still in the heart of the jewellery district, and it’s still packed with our hand‑picked inventory; it’s just a different floor while our dream store takes shape.
Why the change?
We’ve spent the last year designing an all‑new flagship boutique in Mayfair. This isn’t just any shop; it’s a purpose‑built, ultra‑luxurious space intended to deliver a watch‑buying experience unlike anything London has seen. Construction, however, takes time, and we refuse to compromise on quality. Our move to County House is a temporary expansion so we can keep serving you while the Mayfair build is finished. It also gives us a chance to offer:
- More space and privacy: Level 4 in County House is an airy, discreet showroom where you can try on watches in comfort.
- An expanded inventory: Expect more Audemars Piguet, Rolex, Vacheron Constantin and Cartier pieces on display.
- The same personalised service: Our team remains on hand to track down elusive references within 24 hours and to offer guidance whether you’re buying your first Oyster Perpetual or swapping a Royal Oak for something new.
What to expect at our temporary showroom
Hatton Garden is famous as the UK’s jewellery and watch hub, and our County House location makes it even easier to drop in. You can still book an appointment, sell or part‑exchange your watch, or simply browse our current stock. We’ve kept our ethos - professional yet personal service, an unrivalled collection and an unbeatable sourcing network - but added a few surprises. Look out for exclusive previews of new releases, sneak peeks of the Mayfair store design, and perhaps even some construction‑site stories courtesy of founder Frankie Mardell.
The road to Mayfair
Our upcoming Mayfair flagship will be more than a store. Think bespoke interiors, private viewing rooms, state‑of‑the‑art security and a curated selection of the world’s finest watches and jewellery. It’s an ambitious project, but if our Hatton Garden heritage taught us anything, it’s that great things come to those who wait.
